Joibo Krishak Utthan Producer Companylimited

We started Joibo Krishak Utthan Producer Companylimited to help manage things around the Bamutia Road area. We are located in Block Tabaria, specifically over in the Uttar Laxmilunga GP. It is a local effort involving the farmers from around here. Most of our days are spent talking about crops and how the season is going. It is not a big corporate office or anything like that. Just a place where we meet up and figure out the logistics of what we are producing. Being in West Tripura, we have a lot of neighbors who are doing the same kind of work. We handle the paperwork and the organization side of the farming. The office is right there on the road, so it is easy for the guys to drop in after they are done in the fields. We don't use fancy words or have big meetings. It is mostly just practical talk about seeds, weather, and getting the harvest to where it needs to go. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit messy, but we still show up. It is a collective thing, really. Everyone knows everyone else in the GP. We just try to keep things organized so the farmers can focus on their land. It is hard work, but it feels right to do it this way. We stay busy through the harvest and then plan for the next one. That is pretty much the whole story of what we do here in Tabaria.
