Ghanshyam Nivrutti Pawar

My name is Ghanshyam Nivrutti Pawar and I work out of Ramabai Ambedkar Nagar. This is where I’ve lived and worked for a long time. People around here know me just by my name. I don't have a big sign or a fancy office building. Most of my work happens right here in the neighborhood. It’s a busy place with a lot of people coming and going. I usually start my day pretty early before the sun gets too hot. My setup is simple. I have my tools and a small space to keep my things organized. It's not always easy running a business under your own name, but I like the responsibility. If something goes wrong, it's on me to fix it. I’ve built a lot of relationships with the neighbors over the years. They know they can find me if they need something done. Sometimes the streets get crowded, and it's hard to move equipment around, but we manage. I don't really do any advertising. Most people just hear about me from someone else who lives nearby. Word of mouth is how I've always done it. It’s a practical way to live. I don't need much more than what I have here. Just regular work and a place to do it. Every day is a bit different but I just keep going.
