Our place is in Ulhasnagar at Niku Plaza, which is plot number 445. We are specifically in office number 16 on the ground level. If you know where the CHM College is, we are right opposite their main office area. It is a pretty active part of town with students, shopkeepers, and locals always moving around. The building itself is okay, though it shows its age a little bit if you look closely. We have a modest setup inside with just the essentials like tables and a few laptops. There is always a lot of chatter and noise coming from the street, but you get used to it after working here for a few days. We don't really have a reception area or any fancy lobby; you just walk right into the workspace. Most of our furniture was bought from the local market nearby. We spend a lot of time here, often staying late into the evening if there is a lot of work to catch up on. Ulhasnagar has a specific kind of busy energy that we’ve really grown to like over time. It is very easy to find snacks or a quick meal nearby since there are so many small shops and stalls. Our team is just a few people sitting together and getting through the daily workload. We don't use any complex systems, just our own computers and a decent internet connection. It is a practical spot for us to run our daily operations from without spending too much on overhead.
