Balaji Traders

We are located at Shop No.1 in the Madhusudan Complex, which is right by the Esis Hospital. It is a pretty busy spot because of the hospital, so there are always people walking past the window. Our shop isn't very large, but we have managed to fit all the supplies and a small desk in the back. We started Balaji Traders a few years back and have stayed in this same spot ever since. Every morning, we roll up the shutter and sweep out the entrance before the first people arrive. The complex has a few other shops, so we usually chat with the other owners over tea in the afternoon. It gets a bit crowded on the sidewalk sometimes, but that is just how it is in this neighborhood. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most of our customers are locals who live nearby or work at the hospital. We keep all our records in hand-written books because it feels more reliable that way. The lighting isn't the best, but it is enough to see what we are doing. We don't use any complicated systems to run things here. It is just us doing the work, day in and day out. Sometimes the hospital sirens are a bit much, but you stop hearing them after a while. We are just a regular small business trying to keep things moving along for our families and the people who rely on us.
