The Premier Institute

Our place is on the second floor of the Mani Trade Centre in Freeganj, Ujjain. We are right by the Purani Sabji Mandi area. Because of the old vegetable market, the mornings are very loud and busy around here. You see people carrying crates and shouting out prices. By the time we open up, things have calmed down a little, but it’s still a lively spot. The trade centre has a lot of different shops inside. We have a few rooms for our classes. The flooring is simple tile, and we have some basic benches for the students to sit on. It’s a bit of a climb to the second floor, but it keeps us away from the dust of the street. We don't use any slick marketing stuff. We just have our name on the door. The rooms are plain with whiteboards and some markers. Ujjain is a city where people know each other, so we see a lot of familiar faces from the Freeganj area. We usually have a jug of water and some glasses on a table in the corner. It's just a regular institute where people come to learn. We keep our own records in notebooks. The power goes out sometimes, but we just keep going with the lessons. It’s a very practical and unpretentious place to be. We just stay here and do our work until the day is done.
