Salasar Comserve Llp. We are over here on Agar Road in Sudama Nagar. It’s a busy part of Ujjain. We’ve been at 107 for a while now. Most days it is just us working through whatever comes through the door. It gets dusty outside because of the traffic, but inside we just focus on getting things done. We aren't a giant company with fancy carpets. It's more of a desk and chairs type of place. We handle a lot of different things, mostly stuff involving communication and service work. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power flickers, but that's just how it is in this neighborhood. We know the people around here. The tea stall guy knows our order by heart now. We aren't trying to change the whole world or anything like that. We just want to do a decent job so we can head home at the end of the day feeling like we actually did something useful. It’s hard work, and sometimes we make mistakes, but we fix them and move on. People stop by just to ask directions sometimes because we are right there on the road. We don't mind. It's part of being here in Ujjain. Our team is small, just a few of us who have known each other for years. We don't have a big corporate handbook. We just talk to each other and figure things out as we go.
