Khushi Food Court

Our food court is at Shop No 64 on Varuchi Marg in the Freeganj area of Ujjain. If you are near the R B Zone, you are pretty much there. We chose this spot because Freeganj is always full of life and people moving around. Having a food court means we have different things for different people. Some want a quick snack and others want to sit down for a full meal. It’s a small shop compared to the big malls, but we make the most of the space we have at 456010. The kitchen is always moving, and you can smell the different spices as soon as you walk in from the street. We don't use any fancy ordering systems; you just tell us what you want and we make it. It can get a little crowded in the afternoons when the students and office workers come out for their break. We have a few stools and tables, but a lot of people just stand and eat or take their food back to their office. It’s a bit chaotic sometimes, but that’s the way we like it because it feels alive. We’ve been working here for a long time and know most of the other shopkeepers on Varuchi Marg. It feels like a small community where everyone knows everyone else. We just keep our heads down and keep the food coming out fresh for whoever stops by our little counter during the day. Sometimes we run out of things early, but that is just part of being a small shop.
