Imran Travels

If you walk down to Fawara Chowk in Ujjain, you’ll find us at number 63. Imran Travels has been around this part of town for a good while now. It’s a busy spot, always something happening right outside the door with the fountain and all the people moving about. We spend most of our time on the phone or talking to people who walk in looking for a ride to the station or maybe out to the nearby villages. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so we have a small fan that works most of the time. We aren't some big corporate chain with shiny uniforms, just a local shop where we know most of the neighbors. Sometimes the cars need more work than we’d like, but that’s just how it goes when you’re on these roads every day. We try to keep things simple here. No complicated paperwork, just writing names down in the register and making sure there’s enough petrol for the next trip. My brother usually handles the night shifts because he doesn’t sleep much anyway. It’s a decent life, staying busy and meeting different people from all over who come to see the sights in Ujjain. We’ve seen the city change a lot over the years, but the way we run the office stays pretty much the same. Just come by if you need a vehicle.
