Our place is at Mahakal Bani Kendra in Ujjain, specifically the Nala Kheda area. We are situated quite close to Birla Hospital, which is a major point for anyone trying to navigate this part of town. The shop is mostly about computers and the various things that go with them. Inside, it’s a bit cramped with monitors, keyboards, and printers lined up. We do a lot of our work right there in front of the customers. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. Ujjain can be quite hot, so we usually have a fan pointed right at the work area to keep the electronics and ourselves cool. People come in from the hospital area or the nearby residential spots when they need something tech-related. We don't have a corporate vibe at all. It's more of a neighborhood shop where people feel comfortable stopping by to ask a question. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting and putting together systems. It’s honest work and we like being in this part of Ujjain. The Mahakal Bani Kendra building has a few other shops too, so there’s always some activity. We just focus on our bench and the screens in front of us. There’s no big mystery to it; we just fix what’s broken and sell what people need for their homes or small offices. We have been in Nala Kheda for some time now and know the local needs.
