Ajay Rathore Building Material Supplier is right here at Plot No.26 on Yantra Mahal Marg. We are located near the Neelganga Chauraha, just a short walk from Prajapati Dharamshala. Most days, the place is quite busy with trucks coming in and out. There is usually a lot of dust around because of the sand and bricks we keep in the yard. Ajay is usually around the office or checking the loads. It is a family thing mostly. We get people from around the neighborhood coming in to ask about prices for cement or gravel for their home repairs. Sometimes the traffic at the Chauraha gets backed up, which makes it hard for the bigger tractors to turn in, but we manage. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. The staff here knows most of the regular drivers by name. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating deliveries to different sites. It’s not fancy work. Our hands are usually dirty by noon. We sit out front when it’s not too hot and have tea while waiting for the next load. People know where to find us because of the big stacks of bricks. It stays noisy throughout the day with the sound of unloading. We just try to get the orders sorted out so the builders aren't waiting too long. It is just a normal local yard where things get moved from one place to another every day without much fuss.
