Tsubosaka Aiv India Pvt. Ltd.

We set up Tsubosaka Aiv India Pvt. Ltd. a while back in Karkara. It’s located at House No. 6/2 in the Kuntibail Miyar area. Getting things started here was a bit of a process, but we’re finally settled in. The place is tucked away a bit, so people sometimes have trouble finding the exact house number on the first try. We spend most of our days just getting the work done. It isn’t a fancy office with big glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we can focus. Most of us live nearby, which makes the commute easy enough. Sometimes the weather gets pretty rough around here, especially during the monsoon, and the roads can get a bit muddy. We usually just deal with it and keep the operations running. The team is small, and we mostly just know each other by name. There isn’t a lot of hierarchy or formal meetings. If someone has a problem, they just say it. We handle the daily tasks as they come. It’s mostly about keeping the lights on and making sure the paperwork gets filed correctly. We’ve been here at this address for some time now and it feels like home. There are still a few things we want to fix around the office, maybe paint the walls or get some better chairs, but for now, it works. We’re just a regular group of people trying to make a living in this corner of India and we do our best to stay consistent every day.
