R. S. Exims

You can find R. S. Exims over on Nairkere Road, in the Trishul building. It’s a bit of a landmark for us around here. The road gets quite busy during the day, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. We’ve set up our office here to handle all the different parts of the import and export trade we deal with. It’s not a high-rise or anything, just a solid place to do business. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets. We aren’t big on fancy decor or anything that doesn’t have a practical use. Most of our time is spent talking to people on the phone or typing up orders. It’s a small operation, so we all know each other pretty well and don’t have to deal with a lot of red tape. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several things happen at once, but we’ve learned how to manage. Nairkere Road is a good spot because we’re close to the main routes, which makes it easier for getting things moved around. We don’t spend much on advertising or anything like that; most of what we do comes from just being here and doing the work consistently. It’s a regular office with a small group of folks who just want to get through the to-do list before the sun goes down. It’s not glamorous, but it’s our living and we are happy with that.
