We are located out in Santhekatte, Kallianpur, at 2116 B Gopalpura 2nd Cross. It’s a bit of a distance from the major city centers, but we like the pace here. Sumukha Exim India Pvt. Ltd. operates out of this building, which feels more like a home than a sterile office. The 2nd Cross is a quiet street where people know their neighbors. We have a small yard in front where a few trees grow, giving us some shade during the hot afternoons. Inside, it’s all business, with desks cluttered with papers and samples. We don’t have a HR department or a PR team. When the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. Working in Kallianpur means we don't have to deal with the crazy traffic of the big cities, but we still have plenty to do. We spend a lot of time checking our logs and making sure the shipments are scheduled correctly. It’s honest work, and we do it in a very plain way. We don’t use big words to describe ourselves. We are just a local team at 2116 B who understands how to get things from one place to another. In the evenings, it gets quite peaceful, and you can hear the birds before we close up for the night. It’s a good spot for us, and we’ve been here for quite some time now.
