Steel Tech

Steel Tech is located right on the main road in Kundapura. We are very close to Vittal Netralaya, which is how most people find us if they are lost or coming from out of town. Being in Udupi district, we get a lot of local folks stopping by to ask questions or check on their orders. The shop is right there where all the action is. It’s a convenient spot because the main road is always busy with people going about their daily business. Inside, it is exactly what you would expect from a steel place. There are bits of metal here and there, and we usually have a project or two taking up most of the floor space. We aren't big on ceremony or formal meetings. Usually, someone is out front checking the materials or talking to a truck driver about a delivery. The salt air from being in a coastal district like Udupi sometimes makes things interesting with the metal, but we manage just fine. We’ve lived and worked in this area for a long time. It feels good to be part of the local scene on the main road. The rains can be really heavy here, and when it pours, we all huddle inside the shop and wait it out while the water rushes down the street outside our door. It’s an honest living, and we enjoy the rhythm of the town. We don't need a lot of bells and whistles to do what we do. We just focus on the job at hand.
