We operate out of Kajanadka House, which is in the Santhoor Post area of Karkala, Udupi. It is a bit different from working in a big city office. Being here in Karnataka is good, and it is a bit quieter than the huge industrial hubs you see elsewhere. We still deal with steel but the pace feels a little more manageable for us. We have our small team here and we mostly know everyone in the neighborhood by name. The office is basically just a house that we have converted for our business needs. It is comfortable and it gets the job done without any fuss. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking on the status of deliveries. Steel is what we do, day in and day out. Sometimes the rain in Udupi can be really heavy and we have to make sure everything stays dry and safe. We are not flashy people at all. We just work hard and try to be fair with everyone we meet. Most of us grew up not very far from here. We take pride in just doing a solid day of work without a lot of unnecessary drama. If you are coming down to Karkala, you will find us easily enough near the Santhoor Post. It is a straightforward setup. No big corporate meetings, just us sitting around a table figuring out the week.
