Sri Ganesh Kalatharu Industries is right on N H 17 in Koteshwar. If you know this area, you know how busy the coastal road gets. We’ve set up shop here because it’s convenient for moving our goods. Most of the folks working here are from around the village or the next town over. We don’t really go in for those big corporate meetings or fancy slogans. It’s more about getting the machines running and making sure the quality is what it should be. The humidity here can be a real pain sometimes, especially during the monsoon months, but we’re used to it by now. The shed where we work is simple. It’s got a high roof and enough space for everything we do. We spend a lot of time on the floor, making sure everything is moving along. Being on the highway means we get a lot of dust, but it’s the price you pay for being easy to reach for the trucks. We started out small and stayed that way, mostly focusing on the local demand. You won’t find any big reception desk here. Usually, someone just shouts from the back if a visitor walks in. It’s just a regular workplace where people put in their hours and go home to their families. We try to keep things straightforward and honest without any of that sales talk you see online. It’s just how we do things every single day around here.
