Down in Neelavara, specifically at Panchamikanana, is where Neelavara Industries operates. It’s a quiet place compared to the big industrial hubs, but we stay busy. We focus on manufacturing and processing, mostly handling the day-to-day operations that keep our production going. The facility isn't some high-tech marvel; it’s a functional space where we get our hands dirty. We’ve got machines that have been with us for years, and we know all their quirks. Sometimes they break down at the worst possible time, but we usually manage to patch things up ourselves. The staff here is small, mostly locals who have been with us since we started. We don't have a big HR department or fancy titles. Everyone just pitches in where they are needed. The road leading up to us can get a bit muddy during the monsoon, which makes moving goods a bit of a challenge. We just work around it. Our focus is just on making sure the items we produce are similar every time. We don't spend time on social media or big advertising campaigns. Most of our business comes from people who have known us for a long time. It’s a simple way of doing things, and it suits us fine. We start early, finish when the work is done, and don't make much of a fuss about it. It’s just how we run things here.
