Canara Refrigeration Works

Our shop is in the Shankar Building, which sits right on Sanskrit College Road. It’s a busy little area, and being near the college means there’s always people walking by. Canara Refrigeration Works has been our life for a long time. We handle a lot of cooling stuff, mostly repairing units that have seen better days. The workshop is usually full of wires, compressors, and that smell of machine oil. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because the work happens on the floor anyway. If you come by, you’ll probably see one of us bent over a machine with a flashlight. We’ve lived and worked in this neighborhood for years, so we know most of the shortcuts around here. The building itself is older, but it serves us well. Sometimes the power acts up or the street gets blocked by a delivery truck, but we just keep going. It’s a simple setup. We take the broken parts out, put the new ones in, and test everything until it works again. We aren’t interested in being a big corporation. We just like fixing things and seeing them run properly. The morning sun hits the front of the shop quite hard, so we usually have the shutters half-down until it cools off. It’s just a regular local business doing what we know how to do, right here on the road. It’s a decent enough living and we’re happy with how things are.
