Joslin

We are based at Twins Villa, which is located in the Anagally area of Kundapur Taluk in the Udupi district of Karnataka. The address is linked to the Sequeira family, specifically under Joslin and Olympia. It is a quiet spot away from the major city noise, which is something we really value. Twins Villa is more of a home-based setup than a traditional office building, so it has a very personal and comfortable feel to it. Living and working in a place like Anagally means you get to know the land and the people around you quite well. The post office is nearby and that is where a lot of our mail goes through. Udupi is a beautiful part of the country, and we feel lucky to have our roots planted here in this specific villa. The pace of life is a bit slower than in the big cities, but that doesn't mean we aren't busy. We spend our days managing things from the villa, often with the windows open to catch the breeze. There is plenty of greenery around, and you can hear the birds in the trees during the early mornings. It is a very practical way to run things, keeping everything close to home and family. We don’t have fancy signs out front, just the name of the villa and the people who live here. The drive out to Kundapur is nice, especially after the rains when everything is green. We have lived in this district for many years.
