We are located on Court Road in Udupi. It’s a busy street, especially with people going to and from the court and other offices nearby. Our shop is where we handle computer sales and fixing things that break. The space is usually full of open CPU cabinets, tangled wires, and keyboards waiting to be cleaned. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, but we know where everything is. Udupi gets a lot of rain, so we are always making sure the equipment stays dry and safe. We’ve been on Court Road for a while and have seen many people come in with laptop problems or looking for a new mouse. We don't have a big sales team, just ourselves working at the counter or the back bench. It’s simple work but it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. Sometimes customers stay and chat while we try to figure out a software issue. We don't use any scripts or corporate talk, we just tell people what’s wrong and how long it might take to fix. It’s a local shop for local people. The noise of the traffic outside is just part of the background now. We like the location because everything is close by. We just take each day as it comes and try to keep up with the repairs that pile up on the shelves at Ims Computers.
