Cell Computerzed Mobile Service is tucked away in Manipal, Udipi. If you are a student or a local living in this part of Karnataka, you probably know how much we rely on our gadgets. We opened this place because we saw a lot of people struggling with broken phones and glitchy computers. Our shop is simple and filled with the tools of the trade. We have various screwdrivers, spare screens, and testing equipment scattered across the benches. Manipal is a lively town especially with the university crowd so we see all sorts of modern devices. We don't put on any acts here. We are just regular people who are good with our hands and know our way around a motherboard. Sometimes a repair is quick and sometimes we have to wait for a part to come in from outside. We tell it like it is. If something can't be fixed, we won't waste your time. We spend most of our daylight hours under the desk lamps looking at small parts. It can be tiring on the eyes but it’s what we do. The rain in Udipi can be heavy so we also see our fair share of water-damaged electronics. We just dry them out and see what can be saved. It's a straightforward service for the community here in Manipal and we plan to keep it that way for a long time.
