Shemrock Cameo School

Shemrock Cameo School is located at Amrit Ashram in the Unchapul area of Haldwani. It’s a nice part of town, not as loud as the main market areas. We’ve set up the school in a way that feels comfortable for the kids. The building isn't anything extraordinary to look at from the outside, but inside we’ve tried to make it a good space for children. We don't have a big corporate budget to spend on advertising or fancy websites. Most of the people who know about us are locals from Haldwani who live nearby. We spend our days dealing with the usual school stuff, like organizing the registers and making sure the snacks are ready. The winters here can get a bit chilly, so we have to make sure everyone stays warm. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall or anything like that. We just do the work that needs to be done every day. The teachers here are practical people who just want to help the kids learn their ABCs and numbers. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because we get to know the parents and the kids quite well. You won’t find any corporate jargon here. We’re just a school at Amrit Ashram, doing our thing and keeping the place running. It’s a quiet, steady life for us in Unchapul, and we’re quite happy with that.
