Agrimoon Producer Company Limited

Agrimoon Producer Company Limited is based out of Pethewadi, which is near Nalegav Road in the Udgir area. We use Ankush Dnyanoba Pethe’s house, number 1253, as our meeting point. It’s a real local operation. Most of the members are neighbors who have known each other for decades. We grew up together and now we’re trying to run a business together. Udgir is a good place for farming, but it has its ups and downs like anywhere else. We formed this company because we were tired of the struggle of trying to find good seeds at a fair price. Now we look for them together. There isn't anything corporate about us. If you come by, you’ll find us sitting around talking about the rain or the latest pests we’re seeing in the fields. We don't have a website with a bunch of promises. We just have our crops and our word. It’s hard work, and the sun is hot, but this is what we know how to do. We’re just trying to make sure our kids might want to keep farming instead of moving away to the city for some factory job. By working as one company, we hope to keep the farms in Pethewadi healthy and profitable enough to survive. It’s a day-by-day kind of thing, and we take it as it comes.
