We are located out in Barkheda Pandey, which is a small village area near Kashipur. You have to look for Sanjay Sharma’s place to find us. It is quiet out here compared to the main city, which we actually prefer for the spice work. Handling spices is a dusty job, and there is always a strong smell of turmeric or chili in the air around the workshop. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone like that. It’s just a few of us making sure the grinding and packing get done correctly. The village life suits us. We see the same faces every day. When the harvest season comes, things get a lot busier around the area. We have to keep an eye on the humidity because it ruins the spices if you aren't careful. The road out here to Udham Singh Nagar isn't always the best, so we have to plan our transport carefully. We started small and just kept going because people around here needed reliable spices for their cooking. We don't make big promises or use fancy words. We just do the work and send the bags out. It's a simple life, and the work is hard on the hands, but it’s what we know. We stick to our routine and don't try to change things just for the sake of it.
