Wake And Bake Foods

Our shop is located at 80 nehru bajar in Udaipur. It is a pretty busy area with lots of people moving around all day long, especially in the afternoons. We started Wake And Bake Foods because we just wanted to have a little place of our own in the market. Every morning starts the same way with the ovens getting hot and us trying to get everything ready before the first people walk in. We don't have a big team of experts or anything like that. It is just a few of us who show up and get to work. The street outside can be quite noisy with the bikes and the vendors shouting, but we just keep our heads down and do our jobs. We handle a lot of flour and stuff every day. Sometimes the heat in Rajasthan makes the kitchen feel like an oven itself, but I guess we are used to it by now. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or anything. We just put the food out and let people decide if they like it. The shop isn't very big, so things can get a bit cramped when it is busy. We try to keep everything organized, but on some days, it just ends up being a bit chaotic. That is just how it goes when you are running a small place in a market like Nehru Bajar. We have been at this address for a while now and we know most of the people around here. It is just a regular local business trying to do things right every day.
