We are located out on N.H. 8 in the Rayna area of Rishabhdeo, near Keshariyaji. Vishal Marmo Grani Pvt. Ltd. has been around for some time now. It’s a bit of a drive out here, but we like the space we have. Working with marble and granite is a tough business because the stone is so heavy and it doesn't always behave the way you want it to when you are cutting it. We spend our days loading trucks and checking the cuts on the slabs. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait, which is just part of living and working here. We have a crew that has been together for a while. We aren't doing anything fancy, just cutting stone and selling it to whoever needs it for their building projects. The yard gets pretty dusty when the wind picks up off the highway. We try to keep the slabs organized by color and size, but it’s a constant battle with all the movement. People stop by on their way through Keshariyaji and we show them what is available. We don't use big words or fancy sales pitches to get people to buy. If the stone looks good, that is what matters in the end. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It’s a decent living and we know our neighbors around here pretty well and we all help each other out from time to time.
