Virani Marble Pvt. Ltd. is located at Building Number 17, Shivrati House in Mahawat Wadi. This is an older part of the area, and the building itself has a lot of character, even if it’s a bit cramped for a marble business. We have been working out of this location for a good length of time. Moving large slabs of marble through these streets can be a bit of a challenge, but we’ve gotten pretty good at it over the years. The yard where we keep the stone is always a bit crowded, and we’re constantly shifting pieces around to make room for new arrivals. It’s a family-run kind of atmosphere here. You’ll usually find a few of us sitting around a small table with some tea when things quiet down for a minute. We don’t have a fancy showroom with bright lights. Instead, you just walk through the stacks and see the stone in the natural light, which is how it’s going to look in a house anyway. Sometimes the paperwork gets a little messy, and we have to hunt for a specific invoice, but the stone is always where it should be. People come to us because they know we’ve been in Mahawat Wadi forever. We just focus on getting the slabs cut and delivered without too much fuss. It's a loud, heavy, and messy business, but we enjoy the work we do here.
