Vaishali Marble Udyog

Our business, Vaishali Marble Udyog, is tucked away in the Hawa Magri Industrial Area in Sukher. We are located right behind Shubham Restaurant, which is where we usually go to grab a quick bite when things get busy. Being in an industrial area means there is always the sound of saws cutting through stone and the smell of wet marble dust in the air. We have a lot of machines here for processing the blocks that come in from the local mines. It is not a quiet place, but it is where the real work happens. We spend most of the day supervising the cutting and making sure the slabs are the right thickness. It is tough work and the guys here have been doing it for years, so they know exactly how to handle the equipment. We don't have any corporate slogans or anything like that. We just focus on getting the stone ready and making sure the piles of scrap don't get too high. Sometimes we have people coming in looking for specific sizes and we have to search through the yard to see what we have left. It is a lot of walking back and forth under the sun. At the end of the day, we just wash off the dust, lock up the gate, and head home like everyone else in the industrial zone. It is a practical life and we are happy to keep doing it.
