Uniform Marbles

We’ve been at G-1/73 in Sukher Udyog Vihar for a while now, just tucked behind the Lodha Petrol Pump on NH-8. It's a busy spot but easy to find once you know the landmark. Mostly we just deal with stone all day. People come by looking for specific cuts or just to see what’s in the yard. My brother and I run the place usually. There’s a lot of dust, that’s just part of the job. We started out small and stayed that way mostly because we like knowing who we are talking to. If you drive past the pump, you’ll see our sign. The yard is usually full of slabs waiting to go out. We spend most of our mornings moving things around with the crane. It gets hot in the afternoons, but we keep at it. Sometimes the trucks arrive late and we have to stay back to get them unloaded. It isn't anything fancy here. Just some offices and a lot of marble stacks. We try to keep things organized but when it's busy, it gets a bit messy. That's just how it goes when you're working with heavy stone every day. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, more businesses popping up around the highway. But we’re still here doing the same thing. Usually, someone is around to answer the phone or show you around the stacks if you just show up. We don't have a big sales team or anything like that, just us.
