Our place is located over at 6 Samta Nagar. It's pretty easy to find if you know where the Jain Temple is in Hiran Magri Sector 03. SURYAA NATURAL STONE is what we call the business, and it’s been sitting here for a good few years. We handle a lot of different types of natural rocks and blocks. Most days start with coffee and then checking what came in on the last delivery. The yard isn't huge but we cram a lot in there. You'll see us moving heavy slabs around with the crane most afternoons. It's a lot of manual labor and the sun can be quite hot out here in Udaipur. We aren't really the type to wear suits or have big meetings. We just talk to the contractors and homeowners who walk in. Some days it’s busy and other days we’re just sweeping up the stone dust. We’ve lived in this area for a long time, so we know most of the people around here. The temple is a good landmark for us. If you get lost, just ask anyone near the sector 03 market. We keep things pretty straightforward. There’s no big sales pitch here, just stones sitting in the yard waiting for someone to buy them for a kitchen or a patio. We try to stay organized but it's hard when you're dealing with tons of rock. It's just the way we do things here.
