Soni Marbles

Soni Marbles is located at 29 Fatehpura Chouraha, right in the New Ahinsapuri area of Pava Vihar. Our shop is easy to find if you know the chouraha. We have been here in this neighborhood for many years now. It is a busy part of town and there is always something going on outside our door. The traffic noise is something we have just learned to ignore over the years. We keep our marble stock in the yard and inside the small warehouse space we have. It is not a very big operation, just a few of us working here every day. We start early in the morning to beat the worst of the heat. Most of our day is spent helping people look at the slabs and figuring out how to get them moved. It is heavy work and my back feels it by the end of the week. We don't really bother with fancy marketing or big signs. People in the local area know we are here. We have a small desk where we handle the bills and talk to the drivers. Sometimes the tea man from around the corner brings us some chai while we work. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we started, with more buildings coming up all the time. We just keep doing our thing at the same spot. It is a straightforward way to make a living and we are okay with that.
