About Sigma Marble – Building & Construction Material in Udaipur
We have been working out of 291-T in Sector-11 for a long time now. The yard is usually pretty noisy because of the saws cutting through the stone. Most of our day is spent moving these heavy slabs around using the crane or just by hand when we have to. It’s hard work and your back definitely feels it by the end of the week. There is always a layer of white dust over everything, even the coffee mugs in the small office. We don’t have any fancy displays or a big marketing team. People just walk in, look at the stacks of marble, and pick what they like for their floors or counters. Sometimes the slabs have weird marks or the colors don't match perfectly, but that is just how natural stone is. We try to keep things in order, but when a new shipment arrives, the whole place turns into a bit of a mess for a few days. The neighbors around here are used to the sound of the machines. We usually start early in the morning before it gets too hot and close up when the light fades. It’s a straightforward way to make a living. There aren't any big meetings or complicated plans here. We just cut the stone, load the trucks, and get ready for the next day. It’s just what we do.
