You can find Shyam & Company right on the main road in Jawahar Nagar. It is a busy spot, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading off to work. We have been at number 35 for years, and the building has seen its fair share of weather. We mostly deal with the day-to-day stuff that comes across our desks. There is not much to say about us that is not just about the work we do every day. The office is a bit old-fashioned, but it works for what we need. We have got a couple of desks, a few chairs for visitors, and stacks of papers that never seem to go away. It is a small operation here. Most of us have lived in the neighborhood for a long time, so we know the area well. The traffic outside can get pretty loud sometimes, but you get used to it after a while. We do not have any flashy signs or big lights out front. Just a simple nameplate by the door so people know they are in the right place. Most of our day is spent talking to folks who drop by or handling the various tasks that pile up. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until we close up shop in the evening. Nothing fancy, just us doing what we do at Jawahar Nagar. It is a familiar routine for all of us.
