If you head down to Aapni Dhani Road in Pratap Nagar, you’ll find us. We are Shubhang Spices Private Limited, and we operate out of the space shared with Utsav General Store. It’s a handy location in Udaipur because people are always coming by the store anyway. Working with spices means the air around our place always smells like something strong, maybe cumin or turmeric depending on the day. We aren't a massive factory. It’s more of a local setup where we keep an eye on everything ourselves. The 313001 area is where we live and work, so we know the people around here pretty well. We spend our afternoons packing and making sure the quality is what it needs to be. It’s dusty work sometimes, but it’s honest. We don’t have a fancy website or a big corporate building. Most of our days are spent talking to local vendors and making sure the general store has what they need from us. It gets busy during festival seasons when everyone is cooking big meals. That’s when we really have to put in the extra hours. We just want to do a decent job and keep the business running smoothly. Being part of the neighborhood in Pratap Nagar is important to us. It's just a regular spice business run by regular people who care about what they do and how things are prepared for the locals.
