Shubh Sangemermer Pvt. Ltd. is situated at 43, Panchwati. We are right across from the old telephone office, which is how most people find us when they are looking. We work with marble, so there is always a fine layer of white dust over everything in the yard. It is just the nature of the trade we are in. We have been in Panchwati for years and we know most of the people on this block. Our setup is pretty basic. We have the stone out back and a small room where we talk to customers. There are not any glossy brochures or fancy sales pitch books here. If you want to see what we have, you just walk out and look at the slabs for yourself. It is heavy work and it is usually quite hot out there in the sun. We spend our time measuring, cutting, and loading. Marble is beautiful but it is very unforgiving if you happen to make a mistake. We have learned to be patient with the material over time. The guys in the shop have been doing this since they were very young. We do not use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just provide stone for floors and walls. If you stop by, you might have to wait a minute if we are in the middle of a big cut. It is a busy little place but we like the pace of it.
