Shri Gangaur Marble

We are over at H-128-A in Sukher, operating under the name Shri Gangaur Marble. This part of Sukher has been our home for a good while. It is a basic yard where we keep our stone collections. We do not have a big fancy showroom with lights and glass. Most of our marble is just stacked up outside where the natural light shows the real colors. We think that is better anyway because you see what you are actually getting. The staff here is small, just a few of us who have been working with stone since we were younger. We know how to spot a good block and how to handle it so it does not break. The work is hard on the hands and the back, but we do not mind much. It is what we know. Often, customers just wander in from the road and we walk around the piles together. We do not push anyone to buy, we just tell them what we have in stock today. Sometimes the inventory changes fast, and other times we sit on the same slabs for weeks. That is just the way the stone business goes. We like the community here in Sukher; everyone knows everyone else. If the machines are humming and the trucks are moving, we are happy. It is a straightforward life and we just keep at it day after day. There is always something to do around the yard.
