Shree Padmawati Marbles

We are located right on the main road of Sukher NH-8, across from Tulsi Marble. It’s a crowded area for stone businesses, so you really have to pay attention when you’re driving or you’ll miss the turn. Our space is filled with marble slabs that we’ve gathered from various places nearby. It’s a lot of manual labor, honestly. We spend hours just sorting through things and making sure the inventory matches what we think we have. The noise from the highway never really stops, and you get used to shouting over the trucks. We don't have a slick sales team or anything like that. It’s usually just a couple of us wearing dusty clothes and trying to help people find what they need for their floors or counters. The stone is heavy and cold in the morning but heats up fast once the sun gets high. We’ve had days where the rain makes everything slippery and we have to be extra careful with the machinery. We just try to get the work done and go home. There’s no secret to it, just showing up and dealing with the weight of the marble every single day. Sometimes we find a really unique pattern in a block and we just stop for a second to look at it before moving on to the next task. It's a rough business, but the stone has a way of keeping you humble and grounded to the earth.
