Shree Bajrangh Sweet

Our shop is tucked away in Moti Chohata, which is one of those areas where the streets are narrow and always full of life. It’s a bit of an old-fashioned place, and we like it that way. We’ve been making sweets here for quite some time, using the same old methods. It’s not a large operation. Just a few of us working in the back and one person handling the front counter. We get a lot of locals who live right in the neighborhood. They come in for their daily fix or to buy something for a guest. The smell of cardamom and ghee is always hanging in the air around our entrance. We don't bother with much marketing because word of mouth works just fine in a place like Moti Chohata. People know if the quality is good, and they keep coming back for it. The morning shift is the toughest because that's when we prepare everything for the day. By the afternoon, we’re mostly just selling and keeping the place clean. Sometimes we have a bit of a chat with the regulars while we pack their orders. It’s a slow and steady kind of life here. We don't try to be something we’re not. We’re just a local sweet shop making sure people have something nice to eat. The building is old, but it has character, and it’s been our home for years.
