Shree Amar Marbles

Shree Amar Marbles is located in Pasoond, right opposite Tasol Road. It is a quiet enough spot compared to the main highway, but still busy with local trade. We have been working out of this yard for a long time. The space is filled with different cuts of marble that we bring in from the surrounding areas. Pasoond is a good place for this kind of work because we are close to where the stone actually comes from. Our day starts early, usually before the sun gets too high, so we can get the heavy loading done. We do not use any slick sales talk here. We just show people the rows of slabs and let them decide for themselves. If a piece has a crack or a weird color, we point it out. It is better to be honest about it from the start so there are no surprises later. We are just a few guys who grew up around here and know the difference between the various grades of stone. Most of our tools are old but they still work fine for what we need. We do not have a website or anything like that, we just rely on people stopping by while they are on Tasol Road. It is a simple way of doing business, based on just being there every day and having what people need for their floors and walls. We are happy with how things are.
