Shagun Collection

Shagun Collection is located on Sajjan Garh Road, near the Dhudhia Ganeshji temple at number 7. The shop is full of different fabrics and ready-made clothes stacked on the shelves. We don't have fancy mannequins in the window, just the clothes we have in stock. The bell above the door doesn't always ring when someone walks in, so we have to keep an eye out. It gets busy during the festival times because of the temple nearby; people stop in while they are out for prayers. We have a small changing room in the back which is basically just a curtained-off corner. The floor is covered with a rug where people sometimes sit to look at the cloth pieces. We spend our time folding and re-folding the clothes after customers have looked through them. The lighting inside is just regular tube lights, so the colors look real, which is good. We’ve been at this spot for a while, and the road outside has gotten much busier over the years. Sometimes it’s hard for people to find parking right in front. We keep a big water pot for anyone who is thirsty after walking up the road. It’s a straightforward shop where you come in, look at what’s on the racks, and pick what you like. We don’t push people to buy anything; we just let them browse at their own pace while we sit near the entrance.
