Selection Marble

We are located right on National Highway No 8 in Sukher. Being on the highway means there is never really a quiet moment. You have the big container trucks roaring past and people stopping by because they saw our sign from the road. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now. The yard is filled with various types of marble we’ve collected from the nearby quarries. Some days are slow, just sitting and waiting for the next delivery, and other days we can barely keep up with the loading. The weather here in Rajasthan can be brutal, so we usually do the heavy lifting in the early morning or late afternoon. Selection Marble isn't a massive corporate setup; it’s more of a practical operation where we focus on the stone itself. We spend a lot of time walking through the rows of slabs, marking them with chalk and making sure the measurements are right. It’s a lot of manual labor, but there is something nice about seeing the raw stone turn into something someone will put in their home. The noise from NH 8 is something you eventually stop hearing. We just keep our heads down and do the work. If you are driving along the highway, you can't miss us. The stacks of white and grey stone reach pretty high. We don’t do much advertising; we just let the stock speak for itself when people pull over to take a look and ask us about the pieces.
