Sejal Green Marble

Sejal Green Marble is located down on N.H. 8, specifically in the Thana area of Keshariyaji. We focus on green marble because that is what this whole region is famous for. Our yard is right near the road, so it is easy to spot when you are driving by. We spend our days sorting through the slabs and making sure they are cut properly. The green marble has so many different variations, so no two pieces are really exactly the same. It keeps the work interesting for us. We have been here for years, and the family has always been involved in the stone business in one way or another. It is a lot of physical work, especially when the sun is out and it gets hot in the yard. We do not have a big marketing budget or a fancy air-conditioned office. We just have a small room where we keep the books and a huge area outside for the stone. People travel quite a long distance just to get this specific green marble from Keshariyaji. We try to be helpful when someone is looking for a particular shade or pattern. It is a quiet enough place except for the highway traffic. We just take it one day at a time, loading up the trucks and talking to the drivers. It is a humble business and we are glad to be a part of the community here in Thana. We just work with the stone we have.
