If you look for us, we are up on the third floor of K P Apartment in Hiran Magri Sector 4. It’s a bit of a walk up to room 304, but that is where SAGAS INFRAPROJECTS AND INTERIO (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED runs things from. Udaipur is a beautiful city, but running a construction and interior business here means dealing with lots of narrow roads and supply delays. We do a mix of things, mostly looking at how to fix up the inside of homes or working on bigger infrastructure bits when they come up. Being an OPC means it’s a small setup, mostly just me and a couple of guys who help with the heavy lifting and the design ideas. Our desk is usually covered in samples of wood, tile, and some messy sketches. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy software if we can help it. We just want to make sure the cupboards close right and the walls are sturdy. The apartment building on Main Road is easy to find if you know the sector. We spend a lot of time traveling between different sites in Udaipur, so the office is mostly for the paperwork part of the job. It’s a practical way to work and it keeps our costs down. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and most of the neighbors know us by name.
