If you head over to Kalaji Goraji New Colony, you’ll find us at 12 A. We are an interior shop, but it’s more of a workshop than a gallery. There is almost always sawdust on the floor and the sound of a saw or a drill going in the back. We work with wood and different materials to help people make their homes look a bit better. It’s not about high-end luxury stuff; it’s more about making furniture and cabinets that actually fit the space and work well. We have a lot of samples of laminates and wood types scattered around the tables. The neighbors are used to the noise of us working. Sometimes we are out at a site measuring things or fitting a new cupboard, and other times we are right here at 12 A putting things together. The office part is just a small desk where we draw out plans on paper and figure out how much material we need to buy. It’s a messy business, but we like seeing how a pile of wood turns into something useful. We’ve been in this colony for a bit now, and we just take on one job at a time. It’s hard work on the back and the hands, but it’s what we know how to do. No big speeches or fancy designs, just practical interiors for regular houses.
