Rajshree Sweets & Namkeen

You can find Rajshree Sweets & Namkeen at the UIT Shopping Center, specifically shop number 9 in Hiran Magri Sector-14. Being in a shopping center means there are always people walking past our window. We try to keep the glass cases full of sweets and the racks stocked with namkeen. It is a family-run place, so you will usually see one of us behind the counter or working in the back. We started this because we wanted to have a steady place for people in Sector-14 to get their snacks. The morning is usually our busiest time because that is when everything comes fresh out of the kitchen. We have to be careful with the storage because the humidity can ruin the crunch of the namkeen. The shop is not very big, but we make the most of the space we have. Sometimes we have to move boxes around just to let people walk in. It is not a fancy setup, just some glass counters and metal shelves. We do not really do any big advertising; people just see the shop when they are out doing their regular errands at the center. We spend a lot of time cleaning the display cases because fingerprints get everywhere. It is just a normal shop doing normal work. We try to be helpful when people ask what is fresh, but usually, they already know what they want before they even step inside.
