Priya Marble

We are located at 19 Bedla Road in Mahaveer Colony, which is a bit different from the huge yards you see on the highway. Being in a colony means we have neighbors close by, so we have to be a bit more careful about the noise and the dust we create. It’s a more personal environment here. People from the neighborhood often walk in just to see what we have or to ask for a small piece of marble for a repair. I’ve lived in this area for a long time, so most of the people who come by are folks I already know. Our space is smaller, so we have to be very organized with how we stack the slabs. We can’t just spread things out everywhere. My son helps me with the paperwork in the evenings after he finishes his studies. We don’t have a big team, just a couple of helpers who have been with us for years. It’s a quiet life compared to the big industrial areas. We handle a variety of stones, but we don't keep a massive stock because of the space. Instead, we focus on having a good selection of quality pieces that we know people in the city like. It’s a family business through and through, and we take pride in just being a part of the local community here on Bedla Road.
