We are situated in Sukher, right across from the Perfect Thread Mill. It is a good landmark because everyone around here knows where the mill is. We focus a lot on the pink marble which is why we have that name, but we handle other types of stone too depending on what is coming out of the ground. The yard is usually full of slabs standing up in rows. If you come by in the afternoon, you will probably see the guys using the crane to shift the heavier pieces around. It is noisy work because of the mill across the street and the trucks on the road, so we usually have to shout to be heard. I have been working here for a long time and I have seen many people come through looking for stone for their new houses. We don't bother with fancy talk or sales pitches. We just show you the marble and you can decide if it looks right for your project. The office is just a small room with a fan and some old chairs where we sit and write out the bills. Sometimes the pink stone has really nice patterns in it, and other times it is more plain, so you have to look through the whole stack to find what you like. It is a steady life and we just take it one day at a time here, dealing with the stone and the dust as it comes.
