Paras Marbles And Granites

If you head down Bedla Road toward the Navratan Complex, you’ll find us in Mahalaxmi Apartment. It’s room 203. It might seem a bit odd to have a marble and granite business in an apartment building, but it’s where we keep the office side of things. We have samples of stone laying around everywhere. They’re heavy, so we have to be careful where we put them. It’s mostly granite and marble, different colors and patterns from all over. The dust from the samples tends to get on everything, so we’re always wiping down the desks. It’s a family-run sort of thing, and we’ve been at this location for a while. We spend a lot of time talking to builders and people working on their houses. They come in looking for something specific, and we try to find a piece that matches what they have in mind. It's not a showroom with bright lights and fancy displays. It's just a place where we sit down with a cup of tea and look at stone slabs. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, and other times it’s completely quiet for hours. We like it that way. Outside, the road is always busy with trucks and cars heading toward the city. It’s a practical setup for us, being close to the main route but tucked away in the building.
