Nice Computers

Nice Computers is located in Hiran Magri Vasant Vihar, Sector-5, at number 43. This is a more residential part of the area, so it feels a bit different than the main commercial hubs. There are houses nearby and you often see kids playing in the lanes or neighbors talking to each other. Our office is basically a ground-floor space that we have converted to fit our needs. It is not very large, but it is enough for the few of us who work here. We have a couple of rows of desks and some shelves piled high with old boxes and spare parts. The neighborhood is generally quiet, which is nice when we have to concentrate on something difficult. Sometimes a stray dog will sit outside our door for some shade. We do not have a big team or a human resources department. If there is a problem, we just talk it out over lunch. Most of the people who come by are from the surrounding blocks. They know us by name and we know them. It is a very informal atmosphere here. We might be wearing slippers while we work if the weather is particularly hot. The curtains are usually drawn to keep the sun off the computer screens. It is a humble little operation, but we have everything we need right here in Sector-5. We don't use any fancy management techniques. We just make a list of what needs to be done and we do it. Sometimes we stay late if a job is taking longer than expected.
