New Mahaveer Marbles

We are located in the Riico Industrial Area in Amberi, over in Sukher. Being in an industrial zone is a bit different than being right on the main highway, though N. H. 8 isn't far. At New Mahaveer Marbles, the vibe is a bit more about the work and the machines. There are other shops and factories around us, so it’s always noisy with cutting and polishing sounds. We have our own space where we keep the slabs lined up. It’s a lot of grey and white dust everywhere you look. We spend our mornings checking the orders and seeing what needs to be loaded onto the small tempos. The air smells like wet stone most of the time because of the water used in the cutting process. We don't have a fancy entrance or a big sign with lights. People usually find us because they’ve heard we have what they need. We talk to contractors and homeowners alike. It’s not a glamorous job, standing on your feet all day and dealing with heavy stone that can break if you aren't careful. We just try to keep a good stock of marble and keep the machines running. Sometimes we sit out front when it’s quiet and just watch the other workers in the area. It’s a busy part of town and we’re just one small part of it, doing what we know best with the marble.
